Well it’ s Black Friday and everyone’s out shopping but me. Yesterday my wife had guests over for Thanksgiving dinner and I had to hide out in the basement for 5 hours before they all left.  At least Rocky the racoon didn’t get run over.  There was a dead racoon in the road a couple of nights ago and I thought it was him.  Rocky got an extra Thanksgiving treat.  Have a happy holiday.

COMPUTERS: We’re going into our annual computer holiday period so don’t expect to see any price drops or great deals between now and January.  COMMENTARY:  Is there anyone that Jerry Sandusky speak during that stupid interview he gave that doesn’t believe that he isn’t a child molester?  I guarantee you that there was someone with a teleprompter typing out his answers and he still screwed it up.  MODMAN FUNNY: Alimony  is like buying oats for a dead horse.

Well good old JoePA is finally gone.  Good riddance.  Just goes to show how much a college environment is like the government.  They have their own little closed society and feel that they can do whatever they want and are above the law.  They should all be prosecuted for covering up a crime and I hope all those students sue the crap out of that school.  Criminal.  MODMAN FUNNY: I saw JoePA standing on the corner holding a sign that said “Will look the other way for food”.

COMPUTERS: If you’re going to purchase a computer better do it soon.  Once the holiday season starts, you won’t see any price drops on electronics until February.  COMMENTARY: It’ s amazing what the media can dig up on a canditate.  What’s worse – Herman Cain saying degeratory things to a woman or Bill Clinton getting a BJ in the Whitehouse?  MODMAN FUNNY: Every time a woman leaves something off she looks better, but every time a man leaves something off he looks worse.

Check the cost per print PRIOR to purchasing any new inkjet or laser printer.  Example: HP just released a new Laser JetPro 100 color laser that costs only $350, however the replacement toners run $50 to $56 a piece. The best value printers right now are Brothers in terms of cost per printed page.  COMMENTARY:  Can anyone get excited about the upcoming elections?  I can’t.  World Series Game 7 – who cares?  Justin Timberlake with a new movie.  Who cares?  Do I sound like I need some puppy upper meds?

Fox must be estatic with St. Louis and Texas in the World Series.  Talk about two high market teams.  Why is everyone picking on poor Mit Romney?  Being named Mit should be punishment enough.  Does anyone care that there is no NBA basketball?  Can someone PLEASE throw Lindey Lohan in jail and lose the key?  Why are there so many Viagra commercials on TV?  Why do people still insist on using Outlook and Outlook Express to download and check emails?  Why, why, why?

I was sad to see that Steve Jobs passed away.  I was never an Apple guy.  I always thought of them as high priced cars.  I’m not a Mercedes or Lexus guy, I drive a Chevy.  However he had an entrenpurial spirit that will be missed and is one of the things missing in this country.  We don’t create or build things in this country any more.  We’re too busy figuring out how to take shortcuts or protect our turf.  His creative spirit will be missed.  MODMAN FUNNY: Besides I LOVE YOU what are the three words a wife wants to hear most?  I’LL FIX IT.

COMPUTERS: Computers are great when they work and they can S_ _ _ when they don’t.  COMMENTARY: How about that new terriorist that didn’t have enough money to buy model airplanes to bomb the whitehouse?  What do we have, a new breed of unemployed terriorists?  Have no fear, our government gives him the money in a sting.  Major league baseball had a great Wednesday night despite the chokes by Atlanta and Boston.  How about that dad that got rescued by his family while the cops were out doing their own search.  Just goes to show – you’ve got to take responsibility for your own situation.

Can anyone tell me why people are so excited about Ipads?  Did you ever try typing on one?  Good luck!  MODMAN QUESTIONS: Tell me who ended up paying the ransome for those two hikers?  Or was that included in Obama’s new stimulus package?  Who thinks the Phillies are going to tank in this year’s playoffs?  Will Michael Vick get his bell rung by the Giants and be out for the next four weeks?  Who will end up in the baseball playoffs?  Will the NBA still be out on strike?  Does anyone care?  Does anyone in Washington really have a clue?  The Tea Party had the right idea but the wrong format.  There should be a COMMON SENSE party that encorporates some idealogy from both parties into their platform.  I think it used to be called MODERATE.  MODMAN FUNNY: A car is useless in New York and essential every where else.  The same with good manners.

COMPUTERS: I found a new bootable troubleshooting utility called Toolkit.  You can run antivirus right off a cd or flash drive and it has hard drive recovery programs.  Check it out.  COMMENTARY: Usually I’m negative however it was an uplifting story to see all those people lift that car to get that dope out from under it.  I call him a dope because WHERE WAS HIS HELMET?  Guess what?  If he had his helmet on, he might not have slid under that car in the first place.  I see that white house party crasher chick Sahai crashed a rock group back room and is now banging the the lead guitarist of Journey.  I guess she now wants to be a rock groupie.
